Each of our programs are conducted in virtual LIVE mode to ensure kids can participate in deep inner work using a blended setting of audio only and audio-video as required while building skills in a structured, group, and expert-facilitated environment.

A brief experiential journey spread over 6 sessions in 2 months. The labs help participants practice techniques to recognize, release, and regulate their emotions. Each child is also guided to identify and love their unique ESSENCE, which helps them to grow their confidence from the inside out.

Enables schools, colleges, universities & institutions to experience the impact and benefits of Mental Fitness skills in the lives of the Kids they support. This is a 4-5 months journey which equips participants with at least three Mental Fitness Skills.
Recommended for schools (grades 6 & above), colleges & universities
A year long curriculum designed for schools colleges & universities to equip Kids in the 12-21 age group with total 11 Mental Fitness Skills. Structured into quarterly milestones with measurable progress, the curriculum runs through an academic year.
