The vision for INSIDE OUT LABS stems from our heart’s desire to offer a safe space for adolescents & young adults to talk about their emotions, unload them, and come to realize that they are not what they feel. Each child has a beautiful and unique essence and one of our endeavours through these labs is to help them get in touch with it.
Each Inside Out Lab is a 3-month experiential journey designed to build 3 core Mental Fitness Skills in a cohort-based blended learning format. Together, the 4 Labs in the annual journey develop all 11 Mental Fitness Skills helping adolescents and young adults grow from the inside out.
Inside out Labs 1 builds the first three skills of: 1. Stress Management 2. Emotional Regulation 3. Self-confidence
Note: The Labs are conducted in a virtual LIVE mode to ensure kids can participate in an inner work journey using a blended setting of audio only and audio-video as required while building skills in a structured, group, and expert-facilitated environment.
Every Inside Out Lab is a 12-week guided journey hosted via our LMS platform.

Before the labs, I struggled with releasing my negative emotions and used to let saboteurs get to me and destroy my confidence. After the labs, I noticed how I could easily manage my emotions, have confidence and love myself. My message to other teens: I would tell them how Inside Out Labs helped me gain confidence and self love. Feel better even if something went wrong and appreciate myself for small improvements I make in life.
Before the labs I was struggling a lot with not allowing myself to feel the negative emotions and suppressing them. During the labs I learnt how to release them, so I felt a lot lighter and better in myself than before. Now I have these tools I can use when I need, and I understand more about myself and why we should let these emotions go. My message to other teens: Inside Out Labs will help your self awareness and help you understand yourself more.
Before the Labs, I used to give up easily and when overwhelmed, I used to shut everything and avoid the problem by sleeping excessively. Now I don't avoid problems and can identify the saboteur thoughts and reframe. I have regained self confidence. My message to other teens: We often face difficulties and don’t know the right way to deal with them, and we give up. The Labs help in dealing with such difficulties by practicing mental fitness tools and using our own strengths while also recognizing how overuse of our strengths isn’t healthy.
I was struggling with time management and academic stress, which often led to frustration. In the Labs, I learned how to take time out for myself while still completing my tasks in a timely manner. This helped me feel more balanced and in control of my mind. I’ve also learned how to manage my emotions in a healthier way, which has helped me handle situations in a more calm and confident manner. My message to other teens: Inside Out Labs will help you feel more confident, grounded, and capable of handling challenges
